St. James’ Premium Rye Whiskey combines 95% rye and 5% barley. The ingredients are mashed, fermented, and distilled, then aged for 3 years in a single cask barrel.
The final product is simply unrivaled. Notes of caramel, vanilla and mint all blend to give a lingering, bold finish.
